HOLY SHIT IM POSTING!!!!
i thought Bobell's party was pretty good. wish i could have been there earlier though...i was so tired from work. funny as hell to meet Melissa there (Craig's GF) i havent seen her since High School. i think i gotta start showing my face around all you guys again. (dont hate on me, Works been busy). im tired, goin to bed...yeah i know its only 12pm ona saturday night...but im a loser tonight. gnite.
PS: im gonna have to change my avatar soon. those wheels were stolen off my car along with much other things back in june. wow, its been a while since ive been here.

just got home from the cardiologist with results of my echocardiogram. turns out that on top of my "Raynaud's Phenomenon" that i have , i also have "Mitral Valve Prolapse" (MVP)...again, nothing to worry about im told. somehting ive had since my brith. and im not posting this for everyone to have sympathy for me cuz i aint dyin anytime soon!!! yaaaaaaaaaay!! i could go on and on about it, but might as well just check out www.webmd.com if you are really interested.
back to the primary care doc on thursday to get more bloodwork done and check my cholesterol level.
but for now i have to shower and get the last of thois 'gel' crap that they put on my chest for the echocardiogram off of me.

ok, so i havent been feeling myself lately so i decided to hit up the doctor. found out that i have a rare disease called "Raynaud's". info here: http://community.healthgate.com/GetContent.asp?siteid=iHerb&docid=/tnp/pg000813 . its nothing serious but it explains why my hands and feet are always freezing cold and red...sometimes blue, on the hands. this happens in wintertime the most, in the spring and summer months it goes into remission. So the Doc hooked me up to an EKG machine to make sure my heart is ok and he said it was. but im still being referred to a Cardiologist for an Echo Cardiogram. to make sure that my heart valves are in good shape and that this nigga is ok in general.
He also said that im suffering from heartburn. so im taking Mylanta to soothe that shit. yeah yeah yeah..."my doctor said Mylanta". i dont mean to bring simpathy among muthafuckas here, but its prety much a reference point for me looking back on shit in my life (its a journal). my co-payments and prescriptions and specialist fees are building up rather quickly which is pissing me off...but i rather take care of myself and know that i will continue to be healthy. so dats it for now.. im gonna be ok..thats all that matters.

sup everyone...been since Dec 2nd that i updated. since then i still have both integras...got my computer repair certificate from school, enrolled in A+ classes, same job, same girlfriend (why would that change), got Contact Lenses (chuck those Glasses!!), so some changes and some of the same old shit. went to the witches brew the other night with some friends and they played 4 Hatebreed songs...so that alone made the long trip well woth it. so i guess thats pretty much it. i know theres more but im tired now so i cant think of every little thing. just fely like making an attempt to update. lata yalls!

today i was driving my work van down rt97 in suffolk county (nicholls rd) when i passed the accident site where my buddy Greg was riding his motorcycle and crashed. he later died in the hospital a few weeks later....i posted that before. there was a whole bunch of flowers, candles and a big new york rangers floral arangement, that me and the guys from work chipped in to buy for the wake, there at the site. i decided to turn around at this point and get out of the van to walk over there. it was very erie how somebody u knows life can be over like that. i saw fragments from his bike including the "H" Honda emblem on the shoulder of the road. i picked up the emblem and secured it onto the pole that he hit. as i looked around i noticed a piece of paper flapping along the fence. i walked over to the fence and picked it up....it was a letter from his Girlfriend that was at some time atached to that same pole. i re-attached it with some staples and a stapler i had in the van. i then decided to read that letter. i have never become more upset over one simple letter ever in my life until i read this one. this thing was all laminated and everything. One of the quotes from that letter was like "Heaven is now a great place to be now that you are up there" or something along those lines. it was hard for me to read it among the teary-eyes i had along with the tremondous amount of wind we had today. i cant even imagine how laura, not to mention my whole family, would feel if something similar like that happened to me. say i get into a car acident, his hobby was bikes, mine is cars. i guess in a way it was good, in a way it was bad. i started thinking back to the wake and how upset his family was. and then i looked back on how cool this guy was. after that as i was standing there i really analyized the whole scene of the crash and realized that if the "mark tree road" sign was moved over just a bit or even pushed down the road another 100ft he probably would have just gotten away with some road rash. its just another case of that wrong place at the wrong time type of incidents. this could be contributing to my "bad atitude" i have today so hopefully by me getting it off my chest i can relax or something. well once again good to vent here on LJ. Later all.....

E-Town Concrete - Hold Up |

Well seems like a lot of shit has been going on but just to let everyone know, i have cooled down really good. Jack and I are cool again. Laura And I are doing REALLY good once again. We went to Port Jeff last night to walk around and chill for a bit before we spent the night together. everything seems like its getting back to normal. im a bit excited to be picking up my new Car in about 2 more days or so. Went to the E-Town Concrete show on friday night at the Downtown. that was the colest shit ever. i got a huge lump on my head from getting punched in the pit. my voice is ablsolutely killing me from screaming along with those guys. E-Town is the SHIT! i never though i would be so close to them but we were all jumping up at the microphone as Anthony, the lead singer, held it out to the crowd. so in conclusion Friday night rocked, Saturday night was awesome, and i know tonight i will be having a great time doing something....im on a roll, cant stop me now!

motorcycles suck balls. just learned today that my friend Greg Esposito Died last night at Stony Brook Hospital after 2 weeks of the doctors working to put him back together. :( he was riding his brand new 2003 Honda CBR when he glanced over his shoulder to look behind, when he looked foreward the bike had swerved off the road into a metal street pole. he cracked all left side ribs, punctured his lung in 3 places, and seriously fucked up his liver. the doctors had him in a drug induced coma for what they thought was going to be about 4 weeks,...until last night.

rather than commenting on everybody's Pocono experience and journal entry i'll just make my own. well, all i gotta say is that i had a lot of fun, more than i expected. met new people like Mark, Matt, and Nelson. cool people indeed! too bad i was only there for the short weekend time. well unfortunately im off to bed now because its back to my shit ass job tomorrow. talk about your fun weekend comming to a crashing halt. im just glad i made the best of it! im out...

ok so my job is getting toward the bitter end so im just going with the flow until i quit. no more trying to sell, or being any one bit productive. i have never seen a dime out of any of the so called "comission" i was told i would recieve when i started there over a year ago. but trust me on this one, the parts are flowing in my direction. and to top it off the disconnected my AIM and Internet Explorer, so now im even more bored at work. I have decided to go back to school in October. i know its not much but its every thursday night from 6:30-10pm at Wilson Tech in Dix Hills. Im taking a computer repair class there until Jan 17th. after that class i will be able to take the next step which is a class at Republic Airport thats even more in depth witht he computer feild. Im doing it to get my feet wet in this area of work and i have a feeling i just might like it and wind up having a half way decent job someday. only time will tell that though. either way im a bit excited to getting my life back on track, if it ever was off track. well yay for me! comment if you wish, i just like to rant. HEY! its MY Journal!

had the best time today fishing with the people from work. we rented a party boat called "the Terminator" and were out for 3.5 hours fishing and shit like that....drinking, laughing, partying. but then the rain came, and man let me tell you, Friggin awesome! the boat was gettin tossed around like i couldnt believe. i was like this is the hottest shit ever. by the time the rain came it was like 9pm so it was pitch black so it was real scary, waves crashing over the bow, shit like that. regardless it was hot. i only caught one fish but i had to let it go cuz the guy (skipper) said it was too small to keep. regardless i had a blast! hope this is the start of a great weekend!
